Samsung Galaxy S7 Launch

Bad Weather was contracted by G&G Productions and worked closely with production director Marcia Alves, from LVEZ, to deliver an out of this world Samsung Galaxy S7 Launch for the South African marketplace.

The intimate media launch was designed to convey key messages as well as deliver an impressive visual and immersive experience for all those attending.

We deployed a large high definition curved projection screen as well as a custom built high resolution LED screen cube, which was lowered into place to deliver and reveal the new device, an impactful moment that was unforgettable.

We also delivered the media server package as well as lighting and show control solutions.

After delivering a flawless presentation, the event turned into a nightlife experience, delivering in true G&G style. Bad Weather was once again tasked with delivering a one of a kind 8min showstopper which was fully time coded and controlled by our show control package inviting the guests to enjoy the entertainment of top local artists well into the evening.

In the welcome marque, just outside the main venue, Bad Weather also installed pixel controlled LED strips onto the “social tree” which interacted with the delegates’ social media involvement, having the media react to tweets and posts with the event’s hashtag, another innovate experience delivered to perfection.
